WILLIAM DIGIORGIO, ESQ.
I began my career in insurance defense and general civil litigation, representing carriers and corporate clients in matters ranging from personal injury and premises liability to construction disputes and coverage issues. My work for the insurance companies centered on defending lawsuits and resolving cases in furtherance of the insurance company’s financial interests. That experience gave me a clear understanding of how insurers assess exposure, manage reserves, and respond to pressure. I learned how insurers and the attorneys I now contend with handle claims just like yours.
I later practiced on the plaintiff’s side at a large, well-regarded personal injury firm. I handled a steady flow of cases with full responsibility for execution and resolution. It was a structured environment, but I operated independently and brought my higher standards to the work. That same disciplined, outcome-driven approach defines how I practice today—and my clients benefit by dealing directly with the attorney who’s actually driving the case, not being filtered through layers of staff or treated like one file among hundreds.
Every case I take on is treated seriously, managed intelligently, moved forward without delay, and handled with direct, reliable communication from start to finish.
